
Workers are delivering a crystal clear information this vacation season: they anticipate a reward and they want it to be freezing, money. And ignore the celebration, even with an start bar.
A new market research by Harris Interactive® discovers that most employees say they would desire a money reward this period (72 percent), followed by a income increase (62 percent) and extra compensated days off (32 percent).
Expectations for getting a reward are high this year: of those applied and qualified for a reward, a finish 58% say they anticipate an end of period windfall, and 20 % anticipate it to be more than their last reward, while 13 % anticipate it to be less, and 22 % are uncertain. What Other Rewards Make Workers Happy?

Male and Women Expectations

Holiday Perks: More men (16%) said they would be considering getting organization share or stocks as a vacation advantage than females (6%), whereas more females (18%) said they would desire the choice to work from home for a period than men (11%). More females (29%) also desire food present certificates over their men alternatives (18%).
Bonus Expectations: More men (74%) evaluation being qualified for extra bonuses than females (69%). Among employees who are qualified to get a reward this period, nearly twice as many females (17%) evaluation they are uncertain of the reward quantity than men (7%) whereas more men (30%) than females (22%) anticipate their reward to be the same as last period.
